This notice applies to the warehousing inquiry form on this site. We aim to collect only what is needed to assess and respond to a request.
Pre-release notice: the legal controller, final privacy contact, mailbox retention period, and cross-border processing arrangements still require accountable approval, so this site remains blocked from indexing.
Information and purpose
The form handles a name or company, an email or phone / messaging contact, target markets, product category, monthly order range, requested services, expected inbound date, and any notes you choose to provide.
The information is used only to respond, review warehousing and fulfilment needs, and prepare the scope for a follow-up conversation.
Delivery and retention
After verification, the form sends its contents to a configured business inbox with a fixed recipient. The application itself does not store the form body in a database, object store, browser storage, or marketing analytics system.
The email service and mailbox create an email record. Access, retention, and deletion procedures must be approved by the accountable operator before release.
Security and abuse prevention
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to verify submissions and an edge rate limit to reduce abuse. Turnstile processes the technical signals needed for verification under Cloudflare's policies.
Application logs contain only a request ID, locale, outcome category, latency, and non-personal counts. They do not contain the form body or raw IP address.
Privacy contact
A privacy contact email is not yet verified. The page cannot enter an indexable release state until it and the legal controller are approved.
